The terms under which BioAsh provides cremation and disposition services.
Services
BioAsh provides animal cremation services including Private Ash Return, Partitioned Ash Return, Communal Ash Return, Ethical Disposition, Chain of Custody Recovery, and Batch Wildlife Cremation. Specific service terms are documented in your service agreement, proposal, or written estimate.
Pricing & payment
Pricing is provided in writing before service begins. For pet families, payment is typically arranged through your veterinary clinic or directly with BioAsh prior to service completion. For commercial and municipal partners, payment terms (NET 30 or as contracted) are documented in your partnership agreement.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from intake. Expedited options are available for an additional fee. Specific turnaround commitments are documented in your service confirmation.
Identification & chain of custody
Every animal in private or partitioned service is tagged at intake with a unique identifier that remains with them through the entire process. Documentation is retained per regulatory and contract requirements.
Limitations
BioAsh is not liable for damages exceeding the cost of the service provided. We do not guarantee specific weight or volume of returned ashes due to natural variation in the cremation process.
Cancellation
Service cancellations must be requested before intake. Once an animal has entered our care, the service proceeds per the agreed terms.
