For Pet Families
How will I know the ashes returned are my pet’s?
Every animal in private or partitioned service is tagged at intake with a unique identifier that remains with them throughout the entire process. You receive a certificate of cremation referencing that identifier. We welcome facility visits if you want to see the process firsthand.
How long does it take to receive ashes back?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from the time of intake. Expedited options are available for most services.
Do you work with our veterinary clinic?
Very likely — we serve clinics across the GTA with scheduled pickup and full client-facing documentation. If your vet doesn’t already work with us, we’re happy to reach out on your behalf.
What’s the difference between Private, Partitioned, and Communal?
Private means your pet is cremated alone — all returned ashes are theirs. Partitioned means cremated alongside others with identification markers — you still receive their ashes individually. Communal means group cremation without individual return.
Can I bring my own urn?
Yes. Standard return includes a respectful vessel at no additional cost. If you already have an urn or memorial item, bring it. We’ll return your pet’s ashes in it.
Pricing
How much does cremation cost?
Pricing is straightforward and size-based. We provide a written estimate before any service begins — always.
Are there extra fees?
No surprise fees. Every line item is disclosed in your estimate. Pickup may have a service fee depending on location.
For Veterinary & Shelter Partners
How does the partnership work?
Discovery call → written proposal with pickup schedule, pricing, SLA → supplies & setup → first pickup. Most clinics are running with us within a week.
What’s your pickup reliability?
Fixed weekly or multi-weekly routes across the GTA. Guaranteed within a two-hour window on your scheduled day.
Municipal & Wildlife
Can you handle our RFP requirements?
Yes. Our standard RFP package includes operating history, regulatory standing, insurance documentation, capacity statement, chain-of-custody protocols, and per-volume pricing scenarios.
Do you provide reporting?
Monthly or quarterly volume and disposition reports on request. Audit-ready handling records maintained for all chain-of-custody work.
