We collect information you provide when you contact us — name, email, phone, organization (if applicable), and details about your inquiry. If you arrange cremation services, we collect billing information and details about your pet or organization.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver services you’ve requested, send service confirmations and follow-ups, and maintain records required for our work (chain-of-custody, certificates of cremation, contract documentation).
How we protect it
Your information is stored securely. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with our parent company (Pest Protection Plus Inc.) for operational purposes, with veterinary partners when you’ve authorized us to coordinate on your behalf, or with regulatory authorities where required by law.
Your rights
